Samsung I110 Illusion

Samsung I110 Illusion Review:

The Verizon subscribers will be more than just happy to have another Samsung mobile phone dedicated to their customers only. The new Samsung I110 Illusion is a CDMA device so the GSM connection holder will just have to step aside.

Display and Dimensions

The look of the mobile phone is smart with the dimensions being 114.4 x 59.9 x 11.7 mm. On the face of it, it has 3.5 inches TFT touch screen with chromed strip covering the edges and a textured back cover to give a nice feel when being held in the hand. The LCD screen supports multi-touch input and has other touch sensitive controls as well.

Processing Section

The Samsung I110 Illusion will be running with a beefy 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor accompanied with the Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system and 512 MB Ram. The processor may seem a bit slow compared to the other latest mobile phones coming out, but the performance of Samsung I110 Illusion is still very smooth and responsive even on the latest applications that you may install on your device.

Memory Status

The internal memory of the Samsung I110 Illusion is 2GB which can be further extended with a microSD memory chip up to the limit of 32 GB. On the other hands, a 2 GB microSD card is included with this phone.

Camera

It has two cameras, the primary being a simple 3.15 MP and the other one is a simple VGA camera. If you are not a photography crazy person then this is a perfect one to fulfill one’s basic needs.

Battery Timing and Applications

Samsung I110 Illusion comes with java applications support and has built-in games as well, however the FM radio is not there which most of the CDMA phones usually do not have. 6 hours of talk time is good for a Samsung Smartphone with most of the other smart phones going with lesser timings.

Verdict

Overall Samsung I110 Illusion is a good mobile phone but limited scope of availability.
